The school would like the parents to maintain contact with the teachers. Parents are advised to meet the Principal, the Administrator or the teachers according to the schedule given below after taking prior appointments. All appointments should be routed through the school diary.

Administrator 10.00 a.m. – 01.00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Vice Principal/Head Master/ Headmistress 02.00 p.m. – 03.00 p.m. Monday – Friday
Co-ordinator 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. Working Saturdays
Teachers 02.00 p.m. – 03.00 p.m. Monday 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 a.m.
Working Saturdays 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 p.m. Working Saturdays
Please ensure that official communication to the Principal/Administrator, Class Teacher and all other Teachers are done on the letter head provided in the school Almanac.
